Registration & Arrival

Everyone attending OSN must be registered. If you are registered, we will have your badge ready for you at Registration.

Registration is located on the 2nd floor of the Anderson Athletic & Recreation Complex (Field House / indoor track).

Registration, sponsors, meals, prize giveaways, and the complimentary happy hour are all located inside the Field House.

Registration/Badge Pickup Tables: Badges are organized alphabetically by last name across multiple registration tables.

After picking up your badge and attendee bag, attendees who requested an OSN t-shirt can visit the t-shirt tables next to Registration.

Note: Sessions are scheduled for 40-minutes to provide time to get between sessions.

Food

We’ll be providing:

  • Light breakfast
  • Lunch
  • Happy hour appetizers & 2 drink tickets (beer & wine)

Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options will be available throughout the day.

Parking & Transportation

Road Construction Reminder

It is road construction season in the Twin Cities! Please double check what traffic will be like on your route during your travel times.

Parking & Carpooling

Parking can be limited on campus, so carpooling is encouraged when possible.

The Anderson Parking Ramp (SW corner of Cretin Ave & Grand Ave) is available for paid parking (no longer free during the summer - $2.10 / hour).

If parking on nearby streets, please carefully observe all posted parking restrictions. The city monitors the streets. The University monitors their ramp and parking lots.

Dress code

OSN is casual.

We’ll be using 4 buildings across campus, including outdoor walking between locations. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

Wi-Fi

Free campus Wi-Fi is available (Network: UST-Open).

Volunteers & Accessibility

OSN volunteers will be wearing OSN Volunteer t-shirts throughout the day if you need assistance.

An Information Table will also be located next to Registration.

All conference buildings are handicap accessible.

Single-use/gender-neutral bathrooms (AARC 137 & ASC RR121) and nursing rooms are available. Please see our information table next to registration for more details.

Sponsor Bingo & Prize Giveaways

OSN is giving away 3 MacBook Pros and an iPad Air!

Inside your attendee bag, you’ll find:

  • 1 Platinum sponsor bingo card
  • 1 Gold sponsor bingo card
  • 1 Silver sponsor bingo card
  • 1 Community Partner bingo card

Visit sponsor/community partner tables to collect stickers and complete your cards. Then drop completed cards in the labeled boxes at Registration.

Complete all 3 sponsor cards = 3 chances to win a MacBook Pro! Complete the community partner card = chance to win an iPad Air!

Many sponsors will also have additional prize giveaways at their tables.

Winners will be drawn during Happy Hour.
